I recently had the pleasure of speaking at the Renaissance Women's Conference in Charleston, SC. Originating out of Nashville, Tennessee, the Renaissance Women's Conference partnered with the Period Project to create an opportunity for attendees to learn, network, and be inspired by some of the most successful and innovative women in business.
With a focus on education, empowerment, and community building, the conference aims to provide female entrepreneurs with the tools and resources they need to take their businesses to the next level.
The one day conference included inspiring sessions and workshops focused on various topics for women in business.
I led an interactive workshop to focus on how to own your expertise and advocate for the value you bring to the table. I shared three mindset shifts to really lean into prcing your products and services appropriately and recognizing how your expertise and experience aligns with that. I want to encourage women in particular to stop apologizing and feeling the need to justify their pricing, and this workshop gave some actionable tips to help the attendees do just that.
