An easy weekend project I completed in about an hour was installing these under the cabinet LED lights. They are operated by remote control and just stick on the bottom of you cabinets with magnets.
You can choose between warm and cool light, and we chose the cool light. They come in packs of 5 and you can easily recharge them. We've had them up for sevearl weeks and love them so far. I've heard that you have to recharge them every 6 weeks or so depending on use.
We have ours set to motion detector so that when someone goes into the kitchen at night the lights will come on in that area. These would also be great in the bathroom as well.
